Handling Time Information
Non-personalised items
We always ensure that we have stock of our non-personalised items on the shelves.
We dispatch non-personalised orders within 3 business days.
Personalised items
Production times may vary according to order size, and complexity of the design. While most orders will be completed within 2 business days. Please allow for 7 business days for production of your personalised item.
We dispatch personalised items within 10 business days.
Combined orders
If you order both a non-personalised and a personalised item in the same order, please refer to the ‘personalised items’ section above.
If you would like your non-personalised item to be shipped first, please ensure that you place two separate orders.
Delays
Handling times can increase for orders placed during sales and peak periods such Mid-Year sales, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, End of Term gifting and Christmas.
If we are experiencing delays, we will advise you as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping & Handling Fees
We understand the importance of keeping postage costs low for our customers, so we have made every effort to make it as cheap as possible for you. Our shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note: Normal handling times still apply with Express Post.
All orders include 'Authority to Leave'. We also provide the option of ‘signature on delivery’ for a small additional fee.
Please know that we will not be held liable for any missing items if you choose ‘Authority to Leave’ with Australia Post.
Handling Times
Most of our products are custom made to order, and production times may vary according to artwork design and final approval, order size, and complexity of the design.
We usually dispatch orders within 2-3 business days but always recommend allowing for 7 business days, especially during sales and peak periods such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter and Christmas.
Delivery Times
Australia Post are responsible for your parcel once it has been passed on to them. If you would like to know the status of your order, please check the tracking information sent to you and contact Australia Post directly.
Express Post is currently our fastest postal service option.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.
If you encounter any issues with the service provided by Australia Post, such as a missing or lost parcel, you can use your tracking number and submit an enquiry directly with Australia Post here.
If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please lodge a claim for compensation with Australia Post directly and send us an email to let us know - contact@bpdesigns.au
We do not accept any responsibility for damages, delayed delivery or missing items once it has left our care. Please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post first, and then reach out to us.
Any orders that are 'Returned to Sender' due to incorrect information supplied or order not collected, will incur additional postage fees if it is to be redirected to another address or re-sent to the original address. We do not take responsibility for any additional postage fees.
